During this first week of March we have 2 birthdays in my family.  March 2 is my daughter birthday and March 4 is my birthday.  The below goals are for this week.

Avg Stand Min goal: 140 didn’t met 102

Avg Move goal: 500 didn’t met 446

March 14-20


So last week didn’t  go as planned.  It was full on allergies season starting on Tuesday night.  I could just quit but instead it is time to modify and overcome.  It is so much easier to give up, but than you make no change.  If change comes slowly it is still change.  So see my modified goals to make it through the allergy season.  


For my goals this week I went off of last week's actual numbers knowing that there are at least 3 more weeks that I will have the same issues.  I took last week's numbers took it up on level.  


# Workout goal: 2 gym 2 home did not met 3 gym 0 home

Avg Steps goal: 5500 Met 6468

Exercise Min goal: 25 Met 29

Avg Stand Min goal: 120 Met 126

Avg Move goal: 450 did not met 431

March 21-27

This was a really tough week.  Allergies continued to get more and more until I ended up in  Urgent Care.  The gave me a steroid shot, put me on steroids for 6 days and gave me an inhaler.  The beginning of my week was good and than it went down hill.  Friday I was in bed most of the day.  Good news I was able to hit most of my goals.

This week goals are below:
