Genesis 10:2-5. The Japhethites (Sons of Japheth)
All people can from Adam. As we have already learned Noah is from the generation of Adam. Japhethites appear to be the people that inhabited the coastal lands. In this passage Gomer and Javan sons are only documented. Below are the Sons of Japheth:
Sons of Japheth:
Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech and Tiras.
Sons of Gomer:
Ashkenaz, Riphath and Togarmah
Sons of Javan:
Elishah, Tarshish, the Kittim and the Rodanim.
