Recommended YouTube Fitness Videos

Recommended YouTube Fitness Videos

Since the great lockdown of 2020 life has been way different.  My building I work at has been closed down for almost 2 years.  I work at the building 2 days and 3 days from home.  My house is about 1500 square feet and the days I am working from home it is hard to get in workout.  I have found that short workout videos from YouTube fitness videos help.

Below are a few I especially like:

Pinterest Goals 2022

Pinterest Goals

Ok if you know the whole story about me and Pinterest you would find it even more funny how I have become a full-fledged Pinterest obsessed girl!

I started with Pinterest back in the day when you had to be invited to be part of it.  My friend at work told me about it and she invited me.  For like the first year I really did not get it.  Why would you want a place to pin things on boards?  What is the point?  And then for some weird reason I started doing my first few pins and people started like the things I was pinning and then they wanted to follow me.  Oh so many years, boards and way too many pins later here we are.

24,709 pins … how did this happen.  I became obsessed, that is what happened.  There are so many cool things on Pinterest and how many have I done or referred back too?  Like maybe 146 of them.  I have slowed down and don’t use it as much but that is because I am discouraged by the dwindling followers and the overwhelming amount of stuff I have.

This is what has brought me to this point.  So this year I have a goal, truly I can’t control who is following me but I can control if my pins are a mess and if I am making anything I am pinning.  This year 2022 I plan to make at least 24 things I have pinned.  For me it is easy to make a goal but not as easy to follow through.  I have found my best bet is to make myself accountable by documenting it.  So I will add to this post each of the ones I have made with a link to the corresponding post.

January 2022 Step Goals

 January 2022 Step Goals

So just like everyone my 2020 and 2021 did not go as I had expected.  With all the shutdowns and switching to mostly working from home has help slide health to the back burner.  I am glad to have my Fitbit back and my community behind it. For me it all started September of 2108 that is when my mother fell and broke her pelvis. My life kind of rerouted and centered around her care. She was bed bond for 1 year and then passed away in August 2019. During this same time period I lost my Fitbit and with it the community I had built. By the time I had my head wrapped it all it was 2020 and life as we all knew it was about to change. I am thankful for the time I had with my mom but also know that I got way off track.

I checked back in my old logs and before I lost my Fitbit, I was logging between 70,000 - 80,000 step. Last week, the first week back I had 41,686 steps. Been able to look back at my old logs is one more reason I love Fitbit. So, it is time for a new plan and here it is.

Exodus 37:10-16 The Table

 Exodus 37:10-16 The Table

They made four gold rings for the table and fastened them to the four corners, where the four legs are. The rings are to be close to the rim to hold the poles used in carrying the table. Make the poles of acacia wood, overlay them with gold and carry the table with them. And make its plates and dishes of pure gold, as well as its pitchers and bowls for the pouring out of offerings.  Just as the Lord told Moses to have them make.

Exodus 37:16

And they made from pure gold the articles for the table–its plates and dishes and bowls and its pitchers for the pouring out of drink offerings.

Exodus 35:30-36:7 - Bezalel and Oholiab

Exodus 35:30-36:7 - Bezalel and Oholiab

Moses told the Israelites what the Lord had told him about Bezalel and Oholiab.

Exodus 35:30-35

Then Moses said to the Israelites, “See, the LORD has chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, ability and knowledge in all kinds of crafts– to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood and to engage in all kinds of artistic craftsmanship. And he has given both him and Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach others. He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as craftsmen, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers–all of them master craftsmen and designers.

Moses requested Bezale and Oholiab and every skilled worker to come and do the work the Lord requested.  The workers started making all the Lord had told them using the items that were donated.  The Israelites keep bring their donation so much that Moses had to tell them to stop.

Exodus 36:6-7

Then Moses gave an order and they sent this word throughout the camp: “No man or woman is to make anything else as an offering for the sanctuary.” And so the people were restrained from bringing more, because what they already had was more than enough to do all the work.
